Our head teacher
I really love pictures, I love looking at them and I especially love catching the moment and preserve it forever, a special moment, emotion or situation lasts but a second and the only way to preserve it is to capture it on camera. I have been interested with photography for few months now but I have never really had any formal training because being a teacher and a mother of three school kids, my hands are full and I do not have time to go to a formal photography lesson. However, I still love to take pictures and I take lots of them all the time, especially with the kids in my class plus my own and just about anything and that catches my eye, I take a picture of them right away. One time, I assembled all the pictures I took and produced a slideshow and showed it to the kids in my class, well it was a very amateur slide show but the kids really loved it and I was also feeling proud of myself. Our head teacher, who also saw the slide show asked me if I ever had any formal training and I told her that I did not, then she recommended me to visit this particular site, this is how I learned about photography online course. I surfed the internet and found this website who offers various photography lessons and I can learn in the comfort of my home and in my own pace and my own time, it is truly amazing. Of course I signed in, starting with an assisted course where an instructor will help me learn all the basics, and all these completely on the internet. I will always be thankful to my instructor he was very helpful and very knowledgeable and now I am proud to say that I am already in the level two specialist course.
