As you grow older, you start thinking about stuff that you normally watch in the television when you were younger. For example, stuff that offer security in the old age like health care plan, housing plan,etc,. Just last year I finished paying for my Life Insurance Plan. I was paying for it quarterly for five years. Paying online eliminated the hassle. No need to line up in insurance office or bank. Now that it’s all paid for, the feeling is so good knowing that I have money for emergencies. Recently I have been looking into getting a house. Nothing too fancy, just the low cost , budget housing, that is subsidized by the government for the middle class. Checked out some, and mostly were outside the city, which will be too much traveling for me to get to work. Some of the subdivisions that I saw were very cozy and pretty. Big enough for a single person to live comfortably. I also computed the monthly mortgage, and I was happy to find out that it is within my budget. cost segregation with not be in my list of concern because it will be my first asset. No car or lot that is under my name. We still live together, my parents, sister and I. The house and lot we are in currently are rented out. Looking forward to finding a low cost housing inside the city.

A lot of people really enjoy listening to different types of music which could be rock, reggae, christian music, and many more and these songs somehow help them relieve from stress. I am glad that my father sings for our church and that is the very reason why he listens a lot to christian music almost every day. The friends of my father sometimes comes to our house and they also try to teach me how to sing some of their songs. During those times, I could never really forget the good things that they have taught me, and about the nice songs, I was able to appreciate how nice the christian songs are but not all people sees this one. When I finally learned how to play the guitar and other instruments, I still continued to listen to the new christian songs and at the same time, learning how to play them because I am hoping that maybe someday, I will be able to play in our church just like what my dad did. For this generation, I hope that they will also be able to appreciate the songs about God and may they understand the beauty and the goodness of our Lord to give us all the blessings everyday. These songs that I often listen to really makes me feel so good and I will always be so thankful to my dad for teaching me these songs especially that they have been keeping me strong when I am down.
